
Business Development Manager - Florida

Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to lead sales growth and expand the professional partner network within an assigned geographic market. This individual will focus on developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, general contractors, landscape professionals, and property managers while driving new account acquisition and expanding existing partnerships. The role is responsible for executing a strategic growth plan, identifying new B2B opportunities, and positioning a premium portfolio of outdoor products and services within the design-build community.
Key Responsibilities Drive new business development and revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting long-term annual sales goals.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, general contractors, landscape professionals, and property managers.
Identify and develop new B2B partnerships while expanding engagement with existing accounts.
Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a multi-year territory growth strategy.
Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity, and forecasting through disciplined CRM usage.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support project development, product education, and partner success.
Develop deep expertise in the company’s product offerings, services, installation processes, and systems.
Qualifications Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or territory management.
Experience working with the design-build community, including architects, landscape professionals, or contractors.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activity.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently.
