Member Services Intern Citizens Electric Corporation is seeking a Member Services Intern for Summer 2026. This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or Data Analytics to gain hands‑on experience while supporting meaningful projects that benefit our members and our cooperative mission.
What You’ll Work On
As a Member Services Intern, you will support a variety of communication, marketing, and member‑engagement initiatives, including:
Supporting the expansion of social media efforts, including Instagram content creation
Helping develop promotional materials for programs and campaigns
Assisting with newslettersand general member communications
Assisting withprocess improvements, including MS Datasheets and MS Scorecard updates
Providing general support forlocal community events and outreach efforts
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an interest in social media and member engagement
Willingness to learn cooperative operations and member‑focused service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital content tools is a plus
