Supervisor of Residential Assistants
Talbott Recovery is currently looking for a Fulltime Supervisor of Residential Assistants for our Main Campus on Hunter Road, Atlanta. At Talbott Recovery we focus on patient-centered care and a personal individualized approach, upholding a high standard of innovative treatment and compassionate attention to each individual patient's needs. Qualifications
Position Summary
Supervise Residential Assistants and program logistics, including day-to-day operations of Residences, program scheduling and related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participates as a member of the clinical treatment teams.
Coordinates patient transportation.
Performs regular inspections of residences, ancillary and common areas for sanitization, order, safety and comfortable environment in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Plans and conducts patient orientations
Performs responsibilities according to clinical and timeliness guidelines, and applies performance feedback.
Facilitates recovery oriented educational and discussion groups
Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of Residential Assistants
Trains, coaches, evaluates, and supervises Residential Assistants.
Conducts routine meetings with staff.
Oversees work schedule for Resident Assistants
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years in Mental Health field.
Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
