Material Handler (Forklift) - Night Shift
Location: Bowling Green, KY
Pay: $18/hour + shift differential 1.50

Join our Bowling Green team as a Night Shift Material Handler earning $18/hour + shift differential. In this role, you'll stay active throughout your shift, stacking and handling parts coming off the press while helping keep production moving.
As a Material Handler, you'll play a key role on the production floor by handling and stacking parts as they come off the press, ensuring they are organized, counted, and ready for the next step. You'll also support the flow of materials throughout the plant using equipment like forklifts and cranes.

What You'll Do
Handle and stack production parts
Stack, sort, and organize parts as they come off the press
Ensure parts are counted, labeled, and staged accurately
Keep up with production pace while maintaining quality standards

Move and stage materials
Operate a forklift and/or crane to transport materials throughout the plant
Stage materials to keep production lines running efficiently
Move finished goods to the warehouse or paint line

Support production operations
Supply lines with parts and remove completed product
Clear production lines and empty scrap tubs
Assist with basic machine setup and support tasks

Package and track product
Band, weigh, and package materials for shipment
Follow bills of material to ensure correct packaging and labeling
Track orders and apply tags accurately

Maintain safety and quality
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Identify and report quality issues or defects
Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For
Comfortable with repetitive, physical work and being on your feet for a full shift
Ability to keep up with a steady production pace
Strong attention to detail when counting, stacking, and labeling parts
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
Commitment to safety and quality
Interest in learning new skills and growing within a manufacturing environment

Nice to Have (but not required)
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
Forklift or crane experience
Mechanical aptitude
