Description
Provide administrative and clerical support to executives and team members.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Handle communication, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Support office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5+ years of legal support experience, ideally supporting corporate law
Big law experience is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the Professional Services industry is a plus.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 USD based on experience
