We are looking for a
Senior Financial Analyst
to support
accounting execution, controls, and financial analysis
as our business grows in scale and complexity.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who also enjoys analyzing results and improving how finance supports the business.
What You’ll Do
Accounting & Close Support
Support
general accounting and period-end close
Prepare and review account reconciliations
Assist with accruals, journal entries, and close analysis
Support
fixed asset accounting
and rollforwards
Assist with other general accounting tasks as needed
Controls & Audit Support
Assist with internal controls and review discipline
Prepare schedules and support for audit requests
Help ensure processes are documented and repeatable
Analytics & Business Support
Analyze P&L and balance sheet trends
Support working capital analysis (AR, AP, inventory)
Build clear, practical reporting for finance leadership
Partner with operations to improve visibility
Systems & Process
Support process improvements and automation
Help reduce manual work and improve data quality
Support ERP conversion
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of
general accounting and close
Comfortable working with data and analysis
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred to have (not required)
CPA or CPA‑track
NetSuite experience or experience with other major ERPs
Multi‑entity or operational business exposure
