This role supports federal, state, and international tax law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises at all development stages. The team collaborates across departments on transactions and tax planning matters.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of tax experience; 10 years maximum.
Experience at a LARGE law firm preferred; lateral candidates only from the same practice group.
JD Education required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong academic credentials; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location
Candidates may sit in Palo Alto, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Seattle, or San Diego offices.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range of $365,000 – $435,000, based on year classification.
