The ideal candidate will ensure that all designs align with project goals, budgets, and timelines while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage design teams throughout the construction process.* Ensure structural drawings and designs are completed on time and meet quality standards.* Oversee the design process using technical expertise to optimize efficiency.* Collaborate with clients to ensure their expectations are met.* Review designs with health and safety considerations in mind.* Maintain thorough documentation of the design process.* Stay updated on building regulations and industry standards.**Qualifications & Skills:*** **Bachelor's degree in Architecture (professional license is required) or Civil Engineering (BSCE), PE (Professional license is required).*** Proven **experience in design management** within the construction industry.* Strong leadership and project management skills.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in design software and construction methodologies.**Working hours**Full-time, Exempt.
