As a Prospecting Planner in our Mill Creek office, you’ll be at the front line of that mission. You’ll connect with prospective clients, lead discovery conversations, deliver educational seminars and media appearances, and work closely with our planning team to ensure every relationship is handled thoughtfully and professionally.
This is a visible, high-impact role. Your work contributes directly to the growth of the office and helps shape the first impression of TRS for the families we serve.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand goals, priorities, and retirement options
Collaborate with Associate Planners to develop initial strategies
Deliver seminars, webinars, and community education events
Maintain a disciplined prospect pipeline with clear follow-up and documentation
Transition relationships seamlessly to Servicing Planners
Operate with professionalism, empathy, and fiduciary standards
Who You Are
Experienced in client-facing financial planning or wealth management (5+ years preferred)
Series 65 or 66 required; WA Life & Health License required
Strong communicator, comfortable in public-facing settingsli>
