About this role
What we're looking for?
We need a seasoned product designer with at least 6 years of experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment (Series A-C). You should be comfortable owning the end-to-end design process for complex B2B SaaS products and have a track record of shipping high-quality features that balance user needs with business goals. Bonus points if you have experience with enterprise-level products or fintech.
What you'll do:
Take ownership of the end-to-end design for core product initiatives, from initial concept to final implementation.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
Conduct user research through 3-5 customer calls per week to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Contribute to and help evolve the Design System to ensure consistency and accelerate development velocity.
Champion a high bar for design quality across the company, mentoring junior designers through your own execution.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs in Figma, embracing a fast-paced, iterative development cycle.
Ideal candidates
Seniority: 6+ years of experience in product design.
Work experience
Series A-C startup experience.
Experience building design systems for enterprise level products.
Founding designer experience.
Hard skills
Portfolio prioritizes logic and information architecture over pure aesthetics.
Tech stack - Figma, Proficiency in Figma.
Experience with light coding or using AI for code generation.
Soft skills: Preffers speed and iteration over pixel-perfect precision.
Strong storyteller , able to articulate design rationale.
Visa sponsorship available. Open to H1B transfers and TN visas for Canadian citizens. Not offering full, new sponsorship at this time. On-site work policy. This is a full-time, in-person role at our New York, NY office. We are in the office 5 days a week, in a highly collaborative and intense startup environment.
