Topa Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expert AV engineering support across pre‑ and post‑sales projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, working directly with clients, and supporting both sales and technical teams.
Base Pay Range
$80,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Provide pre- and post-sales AV engineering support and technical guidance.
Lead technical presentations and joint sales calls with customers.
Assist with system design, estimating, and troubleshooting high‑end AV systems.
Manage vendor relationships and stay current on emerging technologies.
Train and mentor internal staff on new products and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years as a Senior AV Systems Engineer.
Experience with D‑Tools and AutoCAD.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
Customer‑focused, self‑motivated, and organized.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
