Systems Administrator , you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining their cutting-edge IT systems and services, leaving an indelible mark on our operations. With a focus on network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing infrastructure, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding their company against cyber threats. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain IT systems and services, monitoring networks, and optimizing infrastructure
Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to security risks promptly
Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for IT infrastructure, including PCs, servers, networks, and security tools
Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
Manage cloud-based infrastructure and on-prem firewalls/switches
Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and software systems
Address audit requests from internal and external auditors
Manage user accounts and IT asset inventory using active directory and endpoint management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-related issues
Provide technical specifications and design documents for business requirements
Improve processes and suggest better tools when appropriate
Ensure up-to-date security through device and software patching
Conduct end-user training and IT orientation for new hires
Support the firm's cloud applications and on-prem SharePoint site
Qualifications:
Six or more years of related work experience
Excellent knowledge of IT service delivery methodologies and preferably ITIL certified
Strong Systems administration knowledge supporting Windows Server and core infrastructure technologies
Cybersecurity experience with Managed Services providers and endpoint protection
Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and mobile solutions
Experience with Azure, MS Teams, SharePoint, vSphere, and PowerShell is a plus
The salary ranges between $113,000 – $137,000, based on experience.
