Position Overview
This position provides hands-on experience in day-to-day supply chain and customer operations across three product lines: e-commerce, professional turf, and contract manufacturing. The intern will support order management, logistics coordination, and customer-facing activities while gaining real-world experience with enterprise systems, transportation processes, and customer dynamics in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain, customer service, and logistics processes across multiple product lines
Enter and manage customer orders and coordinate logistics using SAP, transportation management systems, and e?commerce/customer service platforms
Perform data entry and general systems administration to maintain accurate order, shipment, and customer records
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, statements, and operational documentation to support business activities
Communicate with customers to support order status, delivery details, and general inquiries via email and phone
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Pursuing bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, sales, or related field
0-2 years' relevant experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
