Description
Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high‑level system architecture to develop system requirements specifications. Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. Develop technical documentation. Develop system architecture and system design documentation. Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the systems engineering area of responsibility. Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Required Skills
Support a broad range of systems integration and design tasks.
Work collaboratively with counterpart personnel on partner teams.
Interface systems with other SIGINT systems.
Debug and validate systems and dataflows.

Required Qualifications
Seven (7) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Salary Range
Salary Range: $135‑$165k (Annually). The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
