Lewis & Ellis, Inc. is seeking motivated interns for a structured, phone-based outbound calling role focused on lead generation and appointment setting. This position requires individuals who are confident on the phone, highly organized, and resilient in the face of rejection.
This is not a social media or event-marketing role. Success in this position comes from consistency, professionalism, and the ability to execute within a structured calling environment.
What You'll Do Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and frameworks
Set appointments for senior consulting professionals at a respected actuarial firm
Engage prospects in a professional and confident manner
Track call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups with accuracy
Work toward clear daily and weekly performance goals
Represent L&E with professionalism in all interactions
Compensation $20 per hour
$75 per appointment set and realized
This role is performance-driven, offering strong upside for interns who are consistent and effective on the phone.

Availability of 10–15 hours per week

Flexible schedule that aligns well with full‑time student commitments
Assessment Requirement All candidates will complete a Berke Assessment, which serves as the primary screening tool to ensure alignment with our proven outbound caller profile.
