Ecommerce Manager

This role with our client is first and foremost about owning and scaling Amazon. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, managing performance, and partnering with agencies to optimize retail media—while also supporting broader e-commerce channels.

What you’ll do:

Own the Amazon business end-to-end (Vendor Central, forecasting, promotions, performance)

Drive Amazon's growth across both organic and paid channels

Lead retail media strategy across Amazon Ads and other platforms (Instacart, Walmart, Target)

Partner closely with external agencies to execute and optimize media strategy

Optimize PDPs and the digital shelf to improve conversion and visibility

Manage budgets and performance across key metrics like ROAS and TACoS

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on Amazon experience with full ownership (must-have)

3+ years of e-commerce experience within CPG

Experience managing Amazon beyond content (not limited to PDP or copywriting)

Experience working with and managing external agencies

Strong understanding of retail media and performance metrics

Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions
