Healthcare Administrative Specialist

Security firm seeks a full-time evening administrative assistant responsible for data entry, billing, and payroll duties. Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude is required. Must be extremely organized, flexible, and enjoy supporting a growing organization in an administrative role. The work week can be 4-5 days out of the week at $25.55 per hour, with an attractive benefits package after the probationary employment period.
In addition, the ideal applicant will have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with expertise in outlook, excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with billing software. Superior verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. This is an evening position in a healthcare facility.
The company requires and provides a physical screening/exam. Minimum qualifications at entry:
Be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED
Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
The legal right to work in the United States
Possess a valid government-issued driver's license
Active state-issued guard card
