SSA Attractions Group - 11 Arizona Memorial Drive - Responsibilities: Hold meetings at the start of every shift to relay information on days events, team goals, safety and/or operational changes; Complete end of day closing procedures and reporting, quickly and accurately; Observe and react quickly to customer traffic flow and redirect team as needed; Assist with all guest service issues; Work well with others and effectively communicate to complete tasks and maintain a positive work environment
