SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities within a food manufacturing environment. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfills inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitors inventory levels by identifying and resolving discrepancies and conducting regular cycle counts.
Maintains accurate records of stock movements using handheld scanning devices and updating warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ensures the production team maintains adequate supply levels on each product line.
Ensures compliance with food safety regulations Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Drug Administration (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FDA).
Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
Oversees the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to meet hygiene standards.
Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.
Minimum of (1) one year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing.
Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.
Must be familiar with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Forklift certification is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT:

Required to maneuver plant and warehouse workspaces which involve:

Frequently standing, walking, sitting, talking, or hearing, work around loud machinery and moving parts
Continually utilize hand and finger dexterity, continually exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather)
Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, exposed to outside weather conditions, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds safely

Market Delivery Warehouse Associates are responsible for unloading and staging XDT deliveries, managing inventory by utilizing warehouse management system (WMS), assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. -Manage and audit product staging lanes, including but not limited to RTV, quarantine, and delivery

-Participate in key recycling programs (OPE Batteries)

-Process trash, cardboard, Styrofoam using applicable Lowe's Recycling equipment (baler, densifier, trash compactor)

-Complete assembly and pre-delivery inspection process for applicable product (OPE, Grills, patio)

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
