Minimum Requirements
six (6) years of experience in the job offered (no degree), as Design Validation Specialist, Lead Radiation Therapist, Radiation Oncology Faculty, or a related occupation.

Job Duties
Enhance the team's clinical expertise by developing educational materials, conducting hands‑on and remote training sessions, and leading customer site visits. Collaborate on the creation of human factors validation plans and clinically relevant test scripts, while supporting researchers in conducting user testing. Offer subject matter expertise and valuable insights during the initial stages of product development. Guide design decisions by serving as the voice of the customer throughout the entire product development process. Ensure medical devices meet quality standards and user needs while minimizing risks. Follow FDA & European CE standards for medical device/product development validation. Ensure that medical devices being developed are of high quality and conform to the defined use needs and intended uses, while minimizing use‑related risks. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.

Special Requirements

Comprehensive understanding of radiation therapy clinical workflows

Patient care, positioning & safety, treatment planning & delivery

Proficient and efficient use of linear accelerators such as 21EX, 2300 IX/Trilogy, TrueBeam

Experience performing advanced radiotherapy techniques, such as IMRT, VMAT, SRS and SBRT

Knowledge of the ARIA radiation therapy management and Eclipse treatment planning applications

Rate of Pay
$151,964.08/year
