Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations/Business Development Manager for a hybrid role located in Indianapolis, IN. The individual in this role will oversee daily operations, manage business growth initiatives, and foster relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include filling in for our full-time inspectors by performing sewer inspections when needed.
Qualifications
Operational expertise, including process optimization, workflow management, and logistical planning
Business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive market growth
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Experience with data analysis, market research, and decision-making tools
Familiarity with customer service best practices and client relationship management
Proficiency in project management and organizational tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus
Industry experience in sewer inspection, real estate, or home services is a plus
Ability to work on-site full-time in Indianapolis, IN
