Responsibilities
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
Qualifications
1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
Show a track record of real estate success
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industryli>Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed
Ability to communicate effectively
Self-motivated
Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
Utilize and maintain your CRM
Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Be coachable
Be accountable
Compensation
$129,000+ per year (at plan yearly)
