Job Description

Duties
You will provide program management and analytical support for the planning, renovation, and maintenance of command facilities.
You will serve as a project lead for specific, short and long-term facilities projects, such as office reconfigurations or equipment installations, leases and Mil-Con.
You will assist in the development and implementation of facilities management programs
You will support the organization by gathering data for facility condition assessments, analyzing maintenance metrics to identify trends, and helping to develop procedures to improve the efficiency of building operations and maintenance services
You will act as a technical point of contact under the guidance of a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), monitor contractor performance against the statement of work, review deliverables, and validate invoices for accuracy.
You will participate in studies and projects focused on optimizing facility and space utilization.
You will be responsible for specific segments of a study, such as conducting space utilization surveys, researching cost-effective maintenance solutions, or analyzing energy consumption data to recommend efficiency improvements.
You will participate in meetings with facilities management, contractors, and command stakeholders to provide data-driven analysis and input on facilities projects and maintenance issues.
You will prepare and present materials, including space layouts, project timelines, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed facility upgrades or repairs.
Requirements

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading facilities management efforts to ensure program requirements are met for the planning, renovation, and maintenance of building and maintenance operations.
