Our client is seeking an End User Support Analyst to join their team. As an End User Support Analyst, you will be part of the support department supporting the IT and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: End User Support Analyst

Location: Ashburn VA, MD, Dallas, TX, NJ

Working Model
Hybrid – 2 days a week initially

What's the Job?

Respond to review, research, and establish requests using provided data and tools

Assist with CLE review, updates, and duplicate cleanups to ensure data accuracy per customer

Review requirements, test, and accept new application functionalities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary

Support system testing during evenings and weekends as required

What's Needed?

Strong ability to manually review data across multiple sources and identify connections

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Ability to quickly learn new tools and work effectively within a team

Capability to work under tight deadlines and meet or exceed SLAs
