Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Position Responsibilities
Support desktop hardware and virtual machines
Provide program engineering and productivity application support
Perform CVE and POAM remediation activities
Perform Domain account manage and access management
Conduct basic network troubleshooting
Assist with planning and perform execution of upgrades to hardware and software
Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access
etwork issues
Support onsite and virtual employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Current CompTIA Security+ Certification
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience with Exchange user management
Experience with end user Virtual machine technologies
Experience with Linux
Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment
