Alex Vindman for Florida is looking for a Video Manager for the 2026 election cycle. As part of the campaign’s digital team, this person will report to the Digital Director. A successful candidate will have strong video capturing and editing skills with a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the digital team to pitch, film, and edit video concepts.

Staff on the road to capture and catalog video content at campaign events.

Assist in identifying new media opportunities and non-traditional social strategies across platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, and Youtube.

Help develop the campaign’s vertical video program across channels like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Implement the digital communications strategy; draft and post across social platforms such as X, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok to uplift the campaign’s core message.

Work closely with the communications team to apply messaging across digital channels.

Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years of digital content experience on a political campaign, political committee, non-profit, or comparable organization.

Senate campaign experience is not required but strongly preferred.

Expertise with videography and video editing software, including Premiere or CapCut.

Highly creative and ready to tell stories in a unique way.

Strong writing skills, with proven ability to write in multiple “voices.”

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Ability to reprioritize quickly to respond to breaking news and the changing online environment.

Understanding of campaign communications strategy and strong political instincts.

Commitment to a no-drama attitude.
