Description
The Project Executive is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and successful execution of multiple design build projects. This role operates at both the strategic and project level, serving as a key liaison between ownership, clients, design partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive level oversight for multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead pursuit strategy, preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and value engineering
Maintain accountability for project financial performance, schedules, risk management, and quality
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Preconstruction staff
Establish and improve systems, processes, and best practices as the company scales
Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive communication and issue resolution
Partner with leadership on staffing, forecasting, and long term strategic planning
Profile
12+ years of commercial construction experience, with senior leadership exposure
Proven success managing multiple design build projects simultaneously
Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable without micromanaging
Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and consultants
Experience scaling processes or contributing to company growth is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
