TITLE: Packaging Line Leader - 2nd Shift

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:

Oversee and engage in activities encompassing a single production line, assuring safety, quality and efficiency of operation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Report issues that deviate from plans and requirements for safety, quality, or production.

* Safely and efficiently produce product within quality guidelines.

* Properly maintain GMP documentation at assigned production line, including routine checks and calculations.

* Assure organization, collection, and delivery of documentation and product samples as required.

* Assess production issues, perform minor adjustments, and maintain equipment cleanliness as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Complete reporting documentation (i.e. DWOR, Labor, inventory, work orders, batch records, lost time).

* Take action as needed to maintain an efficient operation, such as moving manpower when line is down.

* Perform training and guidance as needed throughout department.

* Communicate front line perspective on safety, quality and production issues (i.e. RCA involvement).

* Perform other related duties as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Substantial walking required, including climbing ladders and handicap inaccessible areas.

* Must be able to properly lift materials up to 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or the equivalent.

* GMP knowledge and experience.

* Two years manufacturing experience.
