Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a production support team within a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role central to ensuring accurate and timely material flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and supports team goals with a safety-first mindset.
Shift: Monday Friday | 3:00 PM 1:30 AM | Type: Direct Hire | Location: Onsite in St. Paul, MN
Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time, including inspection of received materials.
Support kitting operations by staging and verifying materials in advance of production runs; identify and communicate any shortages.
Manage surplus and returned materials, ensuring proper restocking and system record updates.
Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new team members as directed.
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of production operations.
Qualifications

Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a consistent second shift schedule (MondayFriday, 3:00 PM1:30 AM).
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Forklift certification or hands-on operational experience.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
Roll stock handling and inventory control experience.
