USA - Manufacturing Technician I- Kronos
Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician position type: Full Time, Contract Location: St. Paul Minnesota 55114 Job duration: 12 Months Contract Shift- Mon - Thurs 5am - 3:30pm and Fri 6am - 2:30, so approximately 8 hours of OT each week. As overtime eases up, the normal schedule would be Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:
Responsible for manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of medical device products. Manufacturing Technicians will be trained and follow standard operating procedures, environmental health and safety guidelines and any other related regulations which could apply to the specific job. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be followed during the manufacturing of our medical devices and associated device documentation. Equipment used by the Manufacturing Technician will depend on the specific job. Perform one or more functions on the assembly lines including but not limited to: washing components or equipment wrapping components and or equipment for sterilization assembly or gluing of components packaging and sealing of devices preparing devices for sterilization final packaging or labeling of products Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion. Operate general production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.) Receive and distribute supplies into the production area, as necessary. Adhere to all safety protocols and always wear proper safety gear while on the manufacturing or warehouse floor Maintain reliable attendance Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Complete required training in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned May require work in a clean room environment wearing special garments and PPE (e.g. scrubs, hair bonnets, frocks, hoods, masks, gloves, safety glasses) based on the Class level for each Clean Room. Overtime may be required at times. Some job duties may be performed on a rotating basis The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience is preferred not required for this entry level role Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to perform basic mathematics
