H&R Block - - Responsibilities: Provide seasonal hiring support in the applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator.; Provide hands-on Tax Office Associate support with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment.; Receive communication (written, telephone and electronic) from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities, or support; document nature of problem, research solutions, and resolves issues or escalate to DOC, Company Support Manager (CSM), or District General Manager (DGM) as needed.; Source vendors for local facility tickets and set up with approved payment process.; Review invoices and prepare payment in Coupa and/or corporate credit card expense for the DOC's approval.
