Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assist the weaver by manually yarn-in creels and collecting salvage waste to support continuous production.; Perform hand weaving operations accurately according to verbal and written instructions.; Set up workstations based on style specifications, job requirements, and production schedules.; Inspect products during production cycles, identify defects, and document findings clearly and accurately.; Meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
