Multi-Process Operator
The Multi-Process Operator supports manufacturing operations by performing a variety of production and assembly processes. This role requires flexibility across multiple workstations, attention to quality, and the ability to follow work instructions while maintaining production and safety standards.
Operate and support multiple manufacturing processes, including machine operation, assembly, and material handling.
Load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials for production operations.
Perform basic inspections to verify parts meet quality and workmanship standards.
Follow work instructions, routers, and production schedules accurately.
Record production data and report defects or issues to supervisors or quality personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility standards.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to operate or learn multiple processes and switch tasks as production demands change.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and basic equipment.
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or industrial production.
Familiarity with basic measuring tools or visual inspection standards.
Ability to read simple drawings, instructions, or work orders.
Fast-paced manufacturing floor.
Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion required.
Team-oriented production setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
