Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance our internal websites and digital platforms for growth. This role focuses on building reliable, integrated, user-friendly, and engaging web experiences that support internal systems, on-air content, promotions, advertising, and listener interaction.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and update station websites to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability

Collaborate with programming, promotions, and sales teams to support contests, events, podcasts, and advertising campaigns

Lead development of all digital client website needs including building, maintaining, and updating for continued reliability and user/sales flow goals

Lead internal API/integration needs including streaming audio players, podcasts, playlists, and third-party media tools

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and outages

Manage hosting environments, domains, and basic server configurations

Support digital advertising placements and tracking (display ads, sponsor pages, analytics)

Stay current with innovative web development practices and emerging digital trends

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Developer, engineer, or similar role

Experience with integrations needs, APIs and third-party add-ons

Experience with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)

Familiarity with web hosting platforms and communications and basic server management

Understanding of SEO, analytics, and website performance optimization

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple websites and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agency or media/entertainment environments

Knowledge of streaming audio services, podcast platforms, or ad tech

Familiarity with web platforms like Squarespace, Webflow, and AI builder platforms
