Position Summary
The Web Developer creates modern, responsive SharePoint portal solutions using a combination of front‑end programming, Microsoft Power Platforms, and KM tools. This role also trains users on KM tools and supports portal upkeep and enhancements.
Responsibilities
Provide front‑end SharePoint administration for portal development.
Develop portal solutions using SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Write code in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related languages.
Design and deliver KM Tools training for staff and site owners.
Provide IT support to KM operations and development teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years front‑end SharePoint administration experience.
Proficient in SharePoint development, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, and other programming languages.
Experience developing and delivering KM Tools training.
IAT Level II certification.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP
Certified Knowledge Manager
Microsoft Azure Developer / MCSD
Microsoft Forms
Azure Virtual Desktop
Military experience
Korean language proficiency
