LHH is partnering with a great team in Boca Raton looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Legal Administrative Assistant who thrives in a busy litigation environment. If you love keeping things organized, supporting attorneys, and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be your next move.
Responsibilities
Draft, format, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
Support multiple attorneys and keep priorities on track
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate Zoom/Teams calls
Handle time entry, billing support, and expense reports
Coordinate travel, meetings, and firm events
Maintain and organize electronic case files
Work with sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality
What You Bring:
3+ years of legal admin experience (litigation required)
Strong understanding of legal terminology and court procedures
Experience with TOC/TOA and federal court filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document systems (NetDocuments a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
