Multi-Site Community Manager – Downtown Chattanooga
Lindsay 414 & Riverset Apartments
Are you a seasoned property management professional ready to lead two of Chattanooga’s most vibrant downtown communities? We’re seeking a proactive, experienced Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee Lindsay 414 and Riverset Apartments , each offering a distinctive and dynamic living experience.
At Lindsay 414, historic charm meets modern luxury in the heart of the Arts District—just steps from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. At Riverset, residents enjoy breathtaking riverfront views and walkable access to Chattanooga’s top attractions.
What We Offer:
Quarterly bonuses & annual raises
Generous PTO: 120–160 hours based on tenure

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across both communities
Achieve occupancy and delinquency goals
Drive leasing and marketing strategies
Oversee office and maintenance staff
Conduct regular property inspections
Manage budgets and vendor relationships
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of property management experience (multi-site or downtown preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
High-energy, customer-focused mindset
Ability to train, motivate, and manage teams
