General Labor - Housekeeping/Maintenance

Location: Groveland, FL

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift:

* Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

* Occasional weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) may be required

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer - Housekeeping/Maintenance at our manufacturing facility in Groveland, FL. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general labor duties throughout the facility

* Support housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness in work areas

* Conduct basic maintenance such as painting, scraping, and light repairs

* Work safely in areas where fiberglass materials are present

* Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Work Environment:

* Manufacturing facility with hot working conditions

* Exposure to fiberglass - PPE provided and must be worn at all times

Requirements:

* Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance

* Able to perform physical labor and stand for long periods

* Comfortable working in high-heat environments and around industrial materials

* Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
