Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching/mentoring team members; Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews; Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and deposits; Ensure all merchandise is invoiced and processed correctly before leaving the store
