Office & Customer Service Assistant Part-Time

CityParking Inc., a locally owned parking management company, is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Office & Customer Service Assistant to join our downtown Richmond office. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers in person, on the phone, and by email while supporting the office team with light administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
What You'll Do
Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone and email inquiries with a professional, service-first attitude.
Answer questions and resolve concerns about parking accounts, payments, permits, and citations.
Post transactions into the bookkeeping system and maintain accurate records.
Handle general office tasks: filing, mailing, scanning, and data entry.
Support sales and operations staff as needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience required; office/admin experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and a patient, problem-solving approach to tough conversations.
Comfortable with cash handling; bookkeeping or deposit prep experience a plus.
Proficient in MacOS and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM or POS experience a plus.
Reliable, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Flexible schedule, up to 25 hours per week.
