
Employee Engagement & Learning Content Specialist

The Employee Engagement & Learning Content Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact content that supports employee growth, professional & personal development, and continuous learning and skill development. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams, such as PMO, Delivery & Sales Enablement, and Marketing to create engaging learning experiences, strengthen skill development, and foster culture and meaningful connections across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a learning content strategy focused on professional development, training, and continuous learning
Lead end‑to‑end content development for learning programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement experiences.
Create high‑quality learning content, including e‑learning modules, training materials, playbooks, guides, videos, and presentations that supports career growth.
Build and promote mentorship content and resources that encourage knowledge sharing
Support and scale professional development champion communities, employee connections groups, and collaborative learning experiences
Create, manage, and maintain training content within LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Litmos, and Structural
Optimize learning experiences, ensuring content is interactive & engaging
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex sales, delivery, and HQ‑related topics into actionable learning materials
Ensure consistency across the brands and platforms.
Develop structured learning paths, onboarding programs, and ongoing training courses
Measure and analyze learning engagement via reporting (completion rates, participation, knowledge retention, feedback) to improve effectiveness
Contribute to company growth initiatives that enhance employee growth, capability building, and long‑term retention
Ensure learning tools are being effectively optimized and re‑evaluated as needed
Visibility and tracking of content projects in MS Planner and/or Loop
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or Instructional Design
1-3 years of experience in content development, learning & development, or ID
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on learning content
Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms, specifically Highspot and Litmos
Experience developing training programs, e‑learning modules, and content
Ability to manage multiple projects and run effective executive level meetings
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and content creation/authoring tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
Experience building mentorship programs or learning champions/communities
Basic graphic design & video editing skills
