We are a growing independent automotive dealership, along with a rapidly expanding local auto finance company, seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title Clerk/Biller to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, accuracy, and doing things the right way every time. What You'll Do
Process and submit all titling and registration paperwork for retail and lease deals
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state regulations
Handle license plate renewals for existing customers
Process warranty cancellations in a timely manner
Track and manage outstanding titles and follow up as needed
Assist with accounts payable functions
Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with customers

Professional communication skills
Prior dealership or title experience preferred, but not required
