Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service needs
Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely service completion
Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Manage work orders, data entry, and daily service logs
Assist with general office support tasks as needed
