Deputy Clerk I
The Deputy Clerk I position works under supervision to provide exceptional customer service and record keeping for individuals who have business to conduct with the Montgomery County Probate Court. This position reports to the Supervisor of the Clerk's Office.
The Deputy Clerk I provides customer service and document assistance, case filing and docketing, service processing, mail and document handling, records management, legal document review, team support and department operations.
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of Clerk or office experience preferred. Candidates being offered a position or promotion, as required, must pass a criminal background check.
