Investment Services Relationship Manager

Integrity Wealth is seeking an experienced Investment Services Relationship Manager to support and grow its investment and business development efforts. This role will focus on strengthening relationships with financial advisors and representatives while promoting the company's RIA and brokerage investment offerings. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding advisor relationships, driving investment growth, and positioning Integrity Wealth's solutions within client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the securities industry, expertise in working with broker-dealers and RIAs, and a passion for helping advisors grow their practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships: Develop new advisor/representative relationships while managing and growing existing ones through proactive outreach (calls and emails).
Proposal development & consultation: Prepare financial proposals, provide case design consultation, and assist advisors in investment analysis to enhance portfolio positioning.
Product and provider collaboration: Maintain partnerships with providers (mutual funds, annuities, TAMPs, and retirement firms) to gather product information, secure marketing materials, and ensure smooth product access for advisors.
Campaign management: Create targeted email campaigns and develop marketing materials to increase investment business across advisors and representatives.
Advisor training and development: Support new advisors with regular product and technology training, ensuring they are equipped to leverage available investment strategies and clearing platforms effectively.
Reporting and analytics: Maintain and distribute monthly reports for the investment services team, tracking AUM changes, new business, and other key metrics.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Industry Experience: 5+ years working with broker-dealers, RIAs, or the insurance sector.
Platform Expertise: Familiarity with clearing firms (TD Ameritrade, Schwab, and Pershing) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4-7 years of relevant training or industry background.
Licenses: Series 6, 7, and 65/66 (or willingness to obtain).
