THE OPPORTUNITY
This is the perfect “own something big while you’re still early in your career” opportunity. You’ll help build and run our affiliate, influencer, and group‑partnership engine—getting bloggers, TikTok creators, college clubs, churches, gyms, remote companies, employee‑benefit platforms, and more to tell their audiences about Noble (and earn a bounty every time someone switches). You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Head of Growth and have a direct line to our Co‑Founders. This is a high‑visibility role with massive room to grow into a manager or senior Business Development role in 12–18 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Find and sign up hundreds of new affiliates & influencers every month (personal finance creators, digital‑detox advocates, college ambassadors, etc.).
Handle day‑to‑day partner communication: answer questions, send creatives, help them craft posts, and keep them excited.
Run affiliate marketing programs nationwide—get Noble into the right channels like mental health institutions, yoga studios, hair salons, and student groups as the “get paid to scroll less” plan that is disrupting telecom.
Host and staff in‑person activation events nationwide, including our OFFLINE parties, retail activations, and various grassroots efforts to activate new members.
Reach out to small‑to‑medium businesses, co‑working spaces, and communities to offer group discounts or employee‑benefit bundles.
Create simple toolkits (Canva graphics, email templates, TikTok scripts, link trackers) so partners can promote us in minutes.
Track every referral, pay partners on time, and report which types of partners convert best.
Jump on Zoom calls, record Loom videos, and occasionally travel to affiliate events or creator meetups.
Help run contests and bonus spikes to keep top partners posting.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–4 years of experience (including internships) in partnerships, affiliate marketing, campus brand‑ambassador programs, influencer outreach, sales development, or community management.
You’ve helped run an affiliate or referral program—even if it was just 50 college reps or a few dozen TikTok creators.
You’re comfortable (and enjoy) cold DMing, emailing, and calling potential partners.
Organized, responsive, and genuinely like helping people make money.
Bonus points if you already have a small network in personal finance, wellness, college life, or remote‑work communities.
You write clear emails, make clean Notion pages or Google Sheets, and can learn new tools fast.
You believe phones have stolen too much of our lives and want to help give it back.
