Burlington - 6441 Triangle Plantation Drive - Responsibilities: Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors and maintain a safe store; Engage with customers and associates to promote service and control; Conduct store audits and monitor point of sale transactions; Onboard and train Shortage Control Associates; Assist in the semi-annual inventory process and develop action plans to reduce shortage
