Burlington - - Responsibilities: Deterrent to dishonest behaviors and maintain a secure store with a strong presence; Engage positively with customers and associates in high-shortage areas; Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of shortage reduction programs; Support internal controls and store audits including monitoring POS transactions; Assist in semi-annual inventory preparation and action planning to reduce shortage
