Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support executive leadership and oversee daily office operations. This is a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where professionalism, discretion, and strong leadership are key.
Job Description:

This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office. The Executive Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, support board-related activities, and lead front office operations while driving organizational efficiency and alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, communications, and prioritization of daily activities
Act as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate board meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and meeting minutes
Oversee executive office operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
Lead and mentor administrative and front desk staff, including scheduling and performance oversight
Manage travel arrangements, executive communications, and presentation development
Support leadership meetings by organizing agendas, capturing key decisions, and tracking follow-ups
Maintain critical organizational documents, contracts, and compliance-related records
Partner with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment across operations and initiatives
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in a similar leadership administrative role
Proven experience managing teams and office operations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
