The compensation for this position is hourly plus commission. Salaries range from $60,000 to $140,000. Earnings from commissions may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions, allowing total income up to $140,000.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and delivering a high-quality service experience from check-in through delivery
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services to drive revenue and ensure vehicle safety
• Manage repair orders end-to-end, collaborating with technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and billed hours
• Proactively communicate updates, educate customers on services, and close additional work through effective upselling
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a seamless, professional, and results-focused experience

Qualifications

• Customer-Facing Sales Experience is Required
• Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus
• Xtime & CDK Experience is a plus
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
